Pretty solid :) . I knew I wasn't going to get much time to eat today so I ate an extra large breakfast.

Extra light, focus on recovery and stabilizer muscles.

  1. Back Squat - 45 x 10, 135 x 10 x 10 x 10
  2. Front Squat - 135 x 5, 185 x 5, 225 x 3
  3. Good Mornings - 45 x 7, 65 x 7, 95 x 5, 115 x 5, 135 x 5 x 5 x 5 x 5 [First time doing these and I AM LOVING IT, I can't wait to do these again]
  4. Side Lunges - 45 x 5/5, 95 x 3/3 x 3/3 x 3/3
  5. Pistol Squats superset Squat Rotations - 4 sets of two 10 pound plates x 5/5 and body weight x 10/10
  6. Abductor - 50 x 10, 70 x 10, 90 x 10, 110 x 10, 130 x 10
  7. One Legged Calf Raises - BW x 15/15 x 15/15 x 15/15
  8. Stretching

EXTRA ACTIVITIES

Random walking.
