Epic cheat day... Screw calories, it is time to EAT/DRINK! Bar Crawl #1 of the week and restaurant #2 of the week.

  1. Whey, Oatmeal, Milk
  2. Peanut Butter, Jelly, Cool Whip, and Protein Sandwich

  4. Around One and a Half 18 Inch Pizzas from Rosati's Pizza (Not pictured, but imagine one and a half of this style pizza) - Cheese, Hawaiian BBQ Chicken, Sausage, Pepperoni, Veggie + Huge Plate of Salad
  5. Bar Crawl

EXERCISES

  1. 10 Minutes Medium Intensity Rowing
  2. 10 Minutes Medium - High Intensity Step Aerobic (Using a Reebok Deck Bench)
  3. Abdominals

EXTRA ACTIVITIES

Random walking.

COMMENTS

I ate so much pizza yet I don't feel full right now. Junk food is not filling :( , just greasy. Time to hit the bars with my team!
