DIET
Finished almost all the food in my fridge/freezer. I think I will be picking up a loaf of bread to eat throughout Friday and Saturday. The night before I ended up eating MORE pizza before I went to sleep. Celebrated with about 6 drinks and 5 shots throughout the course of the night, need to refocus on my diet next week.

Fun day. Focus is on lighter weights and rehab of injured shoulder. No pain at all today but lingering ghost twitches. Essentially the sharp pain that I expect to be there is not there, but it is replaced by a slight muscle twinge.
