  2. Peanut Butter, Cool Whip, and Protein Sandwich
  3. Steak and Egg Omelet Sandwich with Ketchup
  4. Apple
  5. Chinese Cabbage + Chinese Spinach + Chinese Style Chicken
  6. Yogurt, Grapes, and Cottage Cheese

EXERCISES

Have the same headache from yesterday. It is just a extremely dull ache in the back of my head. Didn't want to aggravate it any further, so I just lightly walked on a treadmill.

EXTRA ACTIVITIES

None.

COMMENTS

Took a nap in the afternoon, head is still feeling extremely weird. Hopefully this goes away by Wednesday.

    glad to hear you like that mackerel + kim chi. i agree that it does taste better than tuna but i’m not a big fan. i’m not used to canned fish but love fresh fish. one of the perks of living on an island surrounded by fish galore. :)

    Thanks Nick/Chad for the birthday wishes! My head still has the dull ache but is better than yesterday. All I can do is drink lots of water and rest up. I don’t want my brain to explode :D
