Pretty good today. Slightly lower because I've been sedentary the entire day.

  2. Peanut Butter, Cool Whip, and Peanut Butter Sandwich
  3. Chicken Sandwich
  4. Apple + Grapes
  5. Bok Choy + Oatmeal Egg Battered Fish in Tomato Sauce + Tofu with Pork (I cooked for the family today)

Planning for back to school by streamlining my meals and workouts :) .

I want to give a huge shout-out to Eixtc (Chad Y.) for sending me some awesome Hawaiian black pepper. I need to buy one of those grinders and I'll post a few review. I've never had a specialty black pepper before and I'm really excited to see what flavor it adds. I use black pepper as the main seasoning in the majority of my dishes :) .

  1. get on it man! get a grinder. if you are used to the regular table shaker pepper you will definitely notice the difference in the two. eating chicken with that pepper is amazing. really has an intense flavor to it.

    do you eat spicy peppers? can you handle?

    also just to clarify, it’s not hawaiian black pepper but pohnpeian black pepper. pohnpei is a small island in the micronesian chain and hawaii, well you know. :D
