DIET

Solid today, ate own cooking entire day. Consisted of chicken/rice and eggs/rice. Ate some weird pizza bread that I thought was a sandwich.

EXERCISES

Had an amazing upperbody workout.

  1. Push Ups - BW x 20 x 20 x 20
  2. Incline Bench - 45 x 0, 135 x 1, 155 x 5, 18 x 3 x 3 x 3, 135 x 10
  3. BB MP - 45 x 55, 65 x 10, 8 x , 105 x 5, 6 x 18
  4. Bicep Curls - 90 x 5, 60 x 7, 40 x 7 [Pyramid, 2 Sets]... Finished with hammer curls
  5. Tate Presses and JM presses
  6. Shrugs

EXTRA ACTIVITIES

Longboarding.
