Chicken and Rice. Fish and Rice. Bodybuilding to the tee.
EXERCISES
- Flat Bench Press - Most notably. 235 for 3 and 245 for 2. I need to work on my strength from the whole. Will stick with 245 until I feel comfortable.
- Incline Bench
- DB Floor Presses
- Shoulder Raises
- Biceps
- Dips
COMMENTS
It is FREEZING outside. Getting my butt kicked by corporate tax. I just need to do lots of practice problems since I'm not picking up the fine tricky details until I actually work things out.
INTERESTING CPA TIDBITS OF THE DAY
The most important tax concept that I have figured out so far and helped me with CPA problems is this... If something comes out tax free, it will typically be taxed when you put it in.
For example, life insurance premiums for a corporation are not deductible (taxed) if the life insurance proceeds in the future are tax free. Same goes with municipal bonds. If muni bonds come out tax free, the interest expense paid on loans to acquire muni bonds are not deductible (taxed). I see these over and over again and these tend to trip me up.
