DIET

Kept it healthy throughout the day but broke the diet to eat at the school cafeteria. Veal is absolutely delicious.

EXERCISES

Off day.

PHYSICAL THERAPY

Day 2 - So the first day did nothing for me, I think I told the therapist the wrong location of the pain. Re-squatted and concentrated on where it hurt. It might not be the glute but the hamstrings. Today the therapist dug into my hamstrings and worked my entire muscle. I'm still feeling the lingering effects of his fingers digging into my muscles. Hopefully tomorrow's deadlift session will see a significant improvement.

COMMENTS

Feeling a bit stressed out since I'm trying to study for the CPA and finish this online course at the same time. I'm not big into cost accounting and all the busy work is really preventing me from studying the CPA portions I want to during my free time. My new strategy is to read 3 chapters at a time in the online course and work on 3 sets of homework simultaneously. If I can do all this over a period of 3 days. I can "theoretically" finish the entire set in 15-20 days of work. (Plus exams)... We'll see...
