Legit, bodybuilding all the way.

EXERCISES

Felt a SIGNIFICANTLY less amount of pain today while deadlifting. The physical therapy is paying off. I was able to hit 330 easily for a few reps before the pain started to creep back. I wanted to take it easy so I don't re-injure myself.

  6. Machine Rows

EXTRA ACTIVITIES

Incredible day of longboard in the afternoon with friends.

COMMENTS

The weather was beautiful today. Currently, I spent all night working on my online cost accounting class. I'm really frustrated with the assigned questions because they arn't representative of how the book is setup nor how the practice problems look. Also, one of the chapters is all about subjective ratings with "answers" behind it. Getting very annoyed with some of these questions.

INTERESTING CPA TIDBITS OF THE DAY

Going to do a quick run through of shareholders equity before I get to bed. Got carried away with my cost accounting homework since I'm having trouble figuring out what they want. Every question is basically a vocabulary trick.
