DIET

Pretty awesome throughout the day. I finally have 10 more pounds of cottage cheese. I can't wait to go through these.

EXERCISES

My shoulders are bothering me a bit for my DB bench and military press. I'm not exactly sure why they are acting up. Other then that, it was a pretty good workout.

  1. DB Bench press
  2. Skullcrushers superset Tate Presses
  3. Military Press
  4. Seated Shrugs
  5. Raises/Laterals
  6. Bicep Curls

PHYSICAL THERAPY

Had another session of pressure point muscle therapy. It was pretty painful, but hopefully my squats tomorrow will be pain free and super awesome.

COMMENTS

Spent the majority of the day working on my online cost accounting homework with random intersections of super smash with my roommate.

INTERESTING CPA TIDBITS OF THE DAY

Nothing to report until I start digging into my Regulation material.
