DIET

Wasn't feel the greatest today. Ate some pizza for dinner as comfort food. Too bad the pizza wasn't that good haha.

EXERCISES

Hit squats today to test out the progress with physical therapy. I still feel discomfort at around 275 pounds and a "pressure" but nothing painful until I hit 315. The pain has dulled down significantly, but I still did not want to push it. Called it quits early because I have just been really tired.

  3. Pistol Squats

EXTRA ACTIVITIES

Longboarding around. The weather is beautiful.

COMMENTS

Got through a boatload of my online cost accounting class. Time to refocus my attention on business law and my CPA review class.
