Oatmeal + Protein, Chicken + Bread + Carrots + PB, Protein Brownie, Golden Gains, and Chex Mix + Cottage Cheese + Yogurt.

EXERCISES

Cardio and abdominal day since my friends bought the Vibram Five Fingers... Which I will soon buy as well, these are amazing.

COMMENTS

Another fun day in class. Currently feeling pretty tired, but life keeps on moving. I need to read another chapter before I sleep!
