Taking this week off to reboot the CNS. Some people take deload weeks but that personally annoys the hell out of me since I can't lift heavy. My deload week is just taking a few days off and then hitting it hard again. I'll hit legs tomorrow, cardio Thursday. And hopefully meeting a BB.com member for a deadlift session Friday. Let's get this party started.
This is also my last day in the suburbs. I send my cousin off to the airport tomorrow morning and I head back to Chicago. This vacation has been fun, but I'm ready to start working.
I cleaned my room today to decide what else I want to bring to Chicago. I found some old Christmas/Halloween cards that my friends sent me throughout the years. Life has been good.
















Also found some old pictures from way back in High School and the first day of College!


And finally, I had a dentist appointment to treat a pre-cavity. I showed my dentist this awesome comic I found and we had a good laugh together. (Courtesy of the Oatmeal)
