  2. you probly know already but you can do the deficit deadlifts with plates under your feet instead of using a bunch of small plates. great job im truly inspired.

  3. Thanks man. People typically do those with flat 100 pound plates. Unfortunately, my style of lifting (sumo – converted after hamstring tear), does not work well with plates on the feet, so I go for smaller sized plates. I’m willing to take suggestions though!
