Meal #9… Epic…

This was the last meal of my Spring Break. It was the BEST meal by far. Everything that tastes good in the world right in front of me. All dishes different from what I had in the past.

Sweet Potato Cakes

Had these for lunch the other day. Had 14 of them, they were SO good! This is the #1 meal I've had since coming back, it is healthy and the more delicious than any cake. They are made of...

  • 2 Sweet Potatoes [Steamed for like 20 minutes, then mashed]
  • Mixe in gluttonous rice flour until able to mold, consistency like cookie dough.
  • Add 2 TBSPs of red bean paste inside. [Thought this was chocolate as a kid]
  • Than slather this with sesame seeds.
  • Add 2 TBSPs of olive oil in a skillet and fry away on each side.
