Egg and Tomatoes Dish

This was one of my favorite dishes as a child. It goes great with white rice.

Spring Break Meal 6

INGREDIENTS

  • Eggs
  • Tomatoes
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Cooking Wine

STEPS

  1. Break open 5 eggs into a bowl.
  2. Beat these eggs together.

  4. Add 1/2 TBSP of Cooking Wine into the eggs.
  5. Pour 2 TBSPs of Corn Oil or Olive Oil [Olive Oil will gives eggs a green tint] into a skillet.

  7. Let this heat for a minute.
  8. Dump your eggs inside.
  9. Let this cook a little bit, and break it apart into small pieces, very similar to scrambled eggs.

  11. Take the eggs out into a bowl.

  13. Take 3 tomatoes, cut them into small chunks. [Take out the seeds/middle part if you can so the dish won't be as watery]

  15. Pour 2 TBSPs of Olive Oil into the skillet again.

  17. Let this heat for a minute.
  18. Throw in the tomatoes.

  20. Cover with a lid, after a few minutes the tomatoes should be done cooking and soft. The juices within the tomatoes will all be in the skillet.

  22. Throw in the cooked eggs in, and mix it up.

  24. At this point you can turn off the skillet and add salt/sugar.
  25. Add 1 TSP of salt.
  26. Add 1-2 TSP of sugar.
  27. Thats it! You are done. Enjoy!

American Cabbage Dish

Finally a dish with a recognizable vegetable! This makes the best cabbage you will ever taste.

INGREDIENTS

  • American Cabbage
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Oil

STEPS

  1. Wash your cabbage. [I used half a head]
  2. Peel it and break it into pieces with your hand.
  3. Drain it.
  4. Spring Break Meal 6

  5. Pour 2 TBSPs of Olive Oil your skillet.
  6. Let it heat up for a few minutes.
  7. Throw in the cabbage.
  8. Spring Break Meal 6

  9. Put a cover over it so it can cook faster.
  10. Once it is soft, you are now ready to add salt and sugar.

  12. Turn off your stove.
  13. Add 1-2 TSPs of Salt.
  14. Add 1 TSP of Sugar.
  15. Thats it! Enjoy!

Chinese Celery and Shredded Pork Dish

This dish is nice and simple, I love it!

Spring Break Meal #5

INGREDIENTS

  • Chinese Celery
  • Spring Break Meal #5

  • Pork
  • Cooking Wine
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Corn Starch
  • Baking Soda

PREPARATION

  1. Cut your pork into strips.
  2. Now it is time to marinade your beef strips for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Add 1 tsp of cooking wine.
  4. Add 1 tsp of salt.
  5. Add 1 tbsp of corn starch.
  6. Add 1/2 tsp of baking soda.
  7. Add 1/4 tsp of sugar.
  8. Mix this together.

STEPS

  1. Wash the Chinese Celery.
  2. Remove the leaves.

  4. Cut it into 4 inch stalks.
  5. Spring Break Meal #5

  6. Put 3-4 TBSPs of Corn Oil in your skillet.
  7. Spring Break Meal #5

  8. Let this warm for a minute.
  9. Throw in your shredded pork.

  11. Cover with a lid to let it cook.

  13. Once it is done cooking, take it out and put it into a separate bowl.

  15. Without washing the skillet, throw in your cut up celery now.

  17. Stir fry until soft.
  18. Now throw in the pork again stir fry again to mix them together.

  20. Add 1-2 TSP of salt.
  21. Add 1/2-1 TSP of sugar.

Mixed Seafood Soup with Cabbage

This recipe is very simple and easy to do. If you can boil water, you can make this. The ingredients are a bit exotic so you'll have to be sure to buy what is featured in this dish. Here is what you are making.

  • 2 TSPs of Salt
  • Frozen Pre-Fried Fish Cake [THIS IS AMAZING! Sounds gross, but it is really good.]

  • Chinese Cabbage
  • Spring Break Meal #5

  • Bean Noodles of Potato [You can put in what ever "clear" Asian noodle at your Super Market]
  • Spring Break Meal #5

STEPS

  1. Boil a pot of water.
  2. Open the pack of Frozen Pre-Fried Fish Cake.
  3. Wash the contents.
  4. Cut these fish balls into quarter chunks.

  6. When the pot boils, throw the fish balls in.
  7. Spring Break Meal #5

  8. Cover with a lid.
  9. Wash the Chinese Cabbage [Not American Cabbage]
  10. Spring Break Meal #5

  11. Cut it into quarter chunks, should be relatively big.
  12. Wait for this to boil again. [Contents should puff up]

  14. Once it boils throw in the cabbage.
  15. Spring Break Meal #5

  16. Cover with a lid.
  17. Once this boils again, should be very soon, throw in a few handfuls of the clear noodle.

  19. Let this boil again.
  20. After it boils, add 2 TSPs of Salt.
  21. [Optional] Add 2 TSPs of Mushroom Extract.
  22. And you're done.

Baby Bok Choy Recipe

This is my favorite vegetable of all time. This recipe is simple and easy. Here is what you do to make the below.

INGREDIENTS

  • Baby Bok Choy [Special Chinese Vegetable]
  • 1 TSP of Salt
  • 1/2 TSP of Sugar
  • 2 TBSP of Olive Oil

STEPS

  1. Cut the ends off the Baby Bok Choy.
  2. Separate the leaves.
  3. Wash the Baby Bok Choy, do this very well.
  4. Spring Break Meal #5

  5. Drain the Baby Bok Choy.
  6. Spring Break Meal #5

  7. Take out the skillet.
  8. Put 2 tablespoons of olive oil into the skillet.
  9. Let this heat up for a minute.
  10. Throw in the Baby Bok Choy.
  11. Cover up the pan so it can cook faster.
  12. Once properly cooked, everything should be soft but not mushy.

  14. Turn off skillet, but don't take it out yet.
  15. Throw in 1/2-1 TSP of Sugar.
  16. Throw in 1 TSP of Salt. [More or less, taste test this yourself at this point]
  17. Mix this around some more.
  18. Finally take it out.
