DIET

Protein Shake, 6 x Eggs, and Noche Tapas - Carne Asada, Calamari, Potato Wrapped Salmon, Scallop, Crab Cake, and Dessert.

Was so hungry that I only got the crab cake.

Kahlua Creme Brule and Chocolate Triple Leche with some friends. Absolutely awesome.

EXERCISES

  1. Pushups Variations  - 70 sets, about different setups
  2. Dips - 5 sets
  3. DB Presses - 8 sets
  4. Side Lateral ss Front Lateral ss BB Laterals - 9 sets
  5.  EZ Curl SS DB Curls - 9 sets

DIET

Protein Shake, Steak, and Salmon. Worked all day, so just kept eating when hungry.

T Bone Steak from Kiefer Farms marinated in Jack Daniels, Cupcake Vineyard 2009 Red Wine, Aged Red Apple Balsamic Vinegar, and Milwaukee Avenue Steak Seasoning. *Brain Explodes* Kiefer steak has a distinct vanilla flavoring that melts in your mouth. The Jack Daniels really brings it out.

  3. Jump Rope - 30 mins

During the first week we went to Historic Norcross and ate at a Cuban restaurant called Mojito's. Not sure what we got here but it was good, a mixed appetizer plate.

Flew back to Chicago after working a few hours in the morning, spend the rest of the day catching up on the two weeks I have not been ehre.

Chicken Salad at Jason's Deli and Ted's Filet at Ted's Montana Grill. Note to self. ALWAYS go for Ted's Filet Medium Rare with Sweet Potatoes. It is out of this world.
