Big 4 actually paid for my masters.

The position/pay you start with and without a masters is the same. You are a Staff.

The only time you get hired as a Staff 2 or above is if you have industry experience (which is pretty useless IMO). Culture, methodology is really different with Big 4. It’s easier to grow into it than jump into it.

After you got your Masters in Accountancy, what was the position offered to you by the Big 4 if you don’t mind me asking? What about your classmates?

I am going to start MSA soon too and would be nice to see what’s ahead of me.
