Not ideal. My friend called me because she didn't want to go to the bars alone for an honor society meeting so I hung out with her to help break the ice with her honor society.

Strict bodybuilding, nothing interesting.
EXERCISES
Hit the gym for an upperbody workout. Did not record today because my shoulder has been bothering me. I think I am going to take 1-2 weeks off benching/military presses and just use upper days to work on stuff that doesn't hurt my shoulders.

Wasn't feel the greatest today. Ate some pizza for dinner as comfort food. Too bad the pizza wasn't that good haha.

Hit squats today to test out the progress with physical therapy. I still feel discomfort at around 275 pounds and a "pressure" but nothing painful until I hit 315. The pain has dulled down significantly, [...]]]></description>

Pretty awesome throughout the day. I finally have 10 more pounds of cottage cheese. I can't wait to go through these.
EXERCISES
My shoulders are bothering me a bit for my DB bench and military press. I'm not exactly sure why they are acting up. Other then that, it was a pretty good workout.

Solid bodybuilding diet throughout the day but ended up going to Cocomero (Frozen Yogurt Restaurant) with the longboarders after a quick skate session.

Was planning on working out today but lost track of time so I'm going to hold off till tomorrow.

Legit, bodybuilding all the way.
EXERCISES
Felt a SIGNIFICANTLY less amount of pain today while deadlifting. The physical therapy is paying off. I was able to hit 330 easily for a few reps before the pain started to creep back. I wanted to take it easy so I don't re-injure myself.

Strict the whole day. Made myself "Fish and Chips" for dinner  .

Physical therapy did not improve the pain. I see the therapist again tomorrow. I'll have him focus a little lower on the glute.
