Met with my professor in the morning and the afternoon. Spent the entire day working on one project. Finished the night with some laundry. Wanted to do some cardio but the project kept me busy.

- Lift off Squats (Where I put the pin a little below shoulder level, saw a power lifter do it, so I wanted to try it) - 315 x 5, 365 x 3, 405 x 2
- Seated Calves - 65 x 7 x 7 x 7
- Abdominals
- Cardio - 15 minutes [Purpose... To reduce DOMS]

Helped move my friend. Lots of heavy lifting and walking.
