Cucumber in Spicy Sauce Recipe

This is a cold dish, it is absolutely incredible. I could eat this all day! I will now show you how to make:

Home Meal 1

It is a very fast and easy dish, it takes no time and is 100% guaranteed awesomeness.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Seedless Cucumbers
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Corn Oil [Can use olive oil]
  • 1 Clove of Garlic
  • Ground Fresh Chili Paste
  • Home Meal 1

STEPS

  1. Wash the seedless cucumbers.
  2. Cut the cucumber in half.
  3. Cut each half into quarters.
  4. Cut each quarter into strips.

  6. Throw all this into a bowl.

  8. Throw a tablespoon of salt onto the cucumbers.
  9. Home Meal 1

  10. Give the cucumbers a good shake and mix them up.
  11. Let this sit for 10-20 minutes.
  12. Now rinse the cucumbers to get rid of the salt on top [A little bit of salt should have absorbed into the cucumbers].
  13. Be sure to get all the water out.
  14. Dice your clove of garlic.
  15. Throw the diced garlic on top of the cucumbers.
  16. Throw in 1 TSP of sugar.
  17. Throw in 1 TBSP of chili paste, more if you want it spicier.

  19. Don't mix anything together yet.
  20. Heat your skillet.
  21. Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil or corn oil into the skillet.

  23. Let this heat up for a minute or so.
  24. Pour this directly on top of your cucumber dish.
  25. Now mix all ingredients together.

  27. Thats it, no need to cook the cucumbers or anything.
